Oh, Kohen. I love that each day is a new adventure with you. I love that you are our comedian, our daily smile and giggle. I dearly love that you are independent and strong-willed. You are SO, SO much like me. And, as long as your daddy and mommy can harness that will, I know you will conquer this crazy world. Some days, however, I just wish you weren't an independent thinker. Some days, I just wish you would do EXACTLY. WHAT.I .ASK. Like today, when it was time to get dressed for picture day, I just wish you would have let mommy choose your shoes. I had something classy and cutesy picked out for you. I had your "Jesus" shoes all ready to slide on your tiny feet. You, however, had a different shoe scenario in mind.
