Beach Bums and River Rats

We drove down to the beach again this week. Kyle had an interview down in Wilmington, NC, which is about a 2 hour drive from our house. If you watch one of my favorite shows, One Tree Hill, then you'll understand when I say that we stayed a few steps away from C/B and Karen's restaurant. It was so cool! Dawson's Creek and One Tree Hill were both filmed down there.  Our car was packed so tightly that we couldn't see out the back. And, there was no room to put anything-not one thing! This time, we stayed on the river, directly facing a HUGE battleship. Kohen and Kyle watched that ship for hours!  Kohen's favorite boat was The Henrietta III, which is the boat in the pictures below.  We had a great time, and Kohen asks to go to the beach about a million times a day. When we pulled in to our driveway, he woke up and said, "I want to go back to da BEECH!"  Good thing we are going to the Outer Banks in a few weeks :)

 And, no he decides to JUMP down.  He has NO fear (except of firetrucks :)

My sweet, sweet Wyatt! Poor guy just chilled in his stroller while we tootled around town checking out all the little boutiques.  He never made a peep.
